Pigeon Forge Shows Bring Exciting Entertainment to Your Vacation
There are dozens of Pigeon Forge shows to entertain the whole family
during your stay in the Smoky Mountains. Several are dinner shows and
feature all styles of music. You can purchase your tickets ahead of
time or get them when you get here. The theaters have different show
times throughout the week so there shouldn’t be any problem
working them into your schedule. The shows feature different styles of
music including Broadway, rock n roll, country, gospel and bluegrass.
Other forms of show entertainment include magic, comedy and celebrity
impersonators.
We have attended many of these Pigeon Forge shows. We have enjoyed all of them and below is our favorites.
Dixie Stampede
This Pigeon Forge show is a must see when
you visit the Smokies. We have seen this show several times over the
years, once in Myrtle Beach. The show takes place in an arena and
features some live animals. Their main show is scheduled throughout the
year but at Christmas time they have a Christmas show that is
spectacular. This is a dinner show and the food they serve is
delicious. The show is a Dolly Parton production and it is a fun time
for the entire family.
Black Bear Jamboree
This is also a dinner show. The food is very good and the show is
entertaining. I would rate it after the Dixie Stampede but still a good
show for the whole family. The show is highlighted by animated bears
which are hilarious. The show performers put on a lively musical
performance that features all types of music.
We have seen this show a couple of times
and we loved it both times. Along with the Dixie Stampede this is one
of the best Pigeon Forge shows. The musical cast is extremely talented
and professional. They perform several different styles of music and
also feature some very good dancers. Bubba The Redneck Ranger keeps the
show lighthearted with some hilarious comedy stints throughout the
show. This is a must see show that the entire family will enjoy!

This Pigeon Forge show is a funny variety show which features comedians
(obviously), magicians, jugglers, ventriloquists, animal acts and great
music. The music features country, bluegrass and gospel. The comedy is
clean and the whole show is a family fun time!
This show is a musical tribute to some of
our greatest musical legends. The tribute artists perform as Kenny
Rogers, Cher, The Judds, Buddy Holly, Tom Jones, Rod Stewart plus many
more. The featured tribute artists change periodically so you always
have someone new to see when you attend. The highlight of the show is a
tribute to Elvis which features an Elvis tribute.
This show is a presentation of the story of
Noah’s Ark but this story takes place in the Smoky Mountains. The
show features spectacular special effects including thunder, lightning
and real rain! There are animals that talk which provide some humor in
the story. The cast of performers are very talented singers and tell
the story through song and dance.
Come Celebrate America is patriotism on a giant scale, featuring the largest cast in the Smokies, (more than 50 singers and dancers) a breathtaking indoor water show and a 500-square-foot video screen.
